Adrian Norman is an entrepreneur and executive working at the intersection of technology, hospitality, and the creative industries. He is the Co鈥慒ounder and CEO of , a platform that helps hospitality and nightlife businesses understand their audiences through real鈥憈ime data and cultural intelligence. He also leads , supporting emerging artists through management, consulting, and strategic development.
Adrian brings more than 30 years of experience across finance, operations, and business leadership, having held senior roles including Finance Director at Nat茅 Assets and Head of Operations at a hedge fund start鈥憉p. He also serves as Treasurer of the Music Venue Trust, supporting grassroots music ecosystems across the UK.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence at the 兔子先生, Adrian mentors students and founders on business development, creative entrepreneurship, and navigating early鈥憇tage growth. He is passionate about widening access to opportunity, championing equality, and helping the next generation of entrepreneurs build sustainable, impactful ventures.
