ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Enterprise Limited (UPEL) is a limited company which is a fully owned subsidiary of the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú.
UPEL was formed in 1989. The principal activity of UPEL is to be the commercial trading arm of the University. UPEL has no staff directly employed by the University. The UPEL board meets twice a year.

5. Our policies and procedures
This class contains details of written protocols, policies and procedures for delivering UPEL services and responsibilities.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the University, UPEL is bound by University policies on matters such as complaints management, data protection and records management.

UPEL doesn't hold, and isn't required to hold, any information in publicly available registers.
