Any offer of a place from the University is made on the understanding that you meet the following terms and conditions.

Our offer is made on the basis that the information we have received in your application is genuine, accurate and current. The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any offer if an application contains false, plagiarised or misleading information, or if you are unable to provide supporting evidence for this information where required.

It is your responsibility to inform us if any of the qualifications and/or subjects you have listed on your application change, as it may have an impact on your offer.

1.2

The University reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer if your tuition fee status is changed and the course is subsequently no longer available to you. Read on how institutions in England determine tuition fee status.

1.3

If you have a disability or other support needs, you are strongly encouraged to disclose it to us when you apply so that we can seek to support you with your needs throughout your studies.

The University withholds the right to withdraw an offer where there are core course requirements that cannot be adjusted or compensated for to meet your needs

1.4

If you have a relevant criminal conviction and have applied to a course with a Professional Statutory Regulatory Body (PSRB) accreditation, you will be asked to declare this to the University within 48 hours of receiving a Clearing offer. If the course you have applied to does not have a PSRB accreditation, you will be asked to declare relevant criminal conviction(s) as part of the course registration process. The University reserves the right to withdraw an offer as a result of a criminal conviction check, as per the University's ''

The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú reserves the right to withdraw an offer if you fail to make contact or respond to any request for information by the University within 28 days.

1.6

If you require a UKVI Student Route visa to study in the UK, you will need to complete the following steps before the University will issue you with a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS): pay your tuition fee deposit or provide evidence of financial sponsorship, complete a Student Route Eligibility Assessment via CAS Shield and if your course requires it, obtain Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) clearance. The University is bound by law to abide by UKVI Student Route Sponsor Guidance regulations and reserves the right to withdraw your offer if you do not meet the requirements of a UKVI Student Route visa.

1.7

The University is committed to the safety and well-being of all of its students and recognises the particular needs of those who will be under the age of 18 on entry. This offer is on the condition that you have provided the University with your correct date of birth and that you agree to abide by the conditions of admission and registration that relate to being a minor as well as being a student. Applicants who are under 18 years of age on entry will not be allowed to register unless they have provided a Parental Consent Form and, if applicable, appointed a UK guardian.

The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú reserves the right to withdraw an offer if you have previously been excluded from your studies at the University.

For students to be eligible for funding from Student Finance England, they must be studying on an eligible course at a provider registered with the Office for Students (OfS).
