Any offer of a place from the University is made on the understanding that you meet the following terms and conditions.
1.1
Our offer is made on the basis that the information you have provided in your application is genuine, accurate and current. The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any offer if an application contains false, plagiarised or misleading information, or if you are unable to provide supporting evidence for this information where required.
It is your responsibility to inform us if any of the qualifications and/or subjects you have listed on your application change, as it may have an impact on your offer.
1.2
The offer made is subject to additional validation by the University Admissions Centre. If an offer has been made in error and it can be demonstrated that you have not met the requirements as detailed in section 1.1, the University reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer.
1.3
The University reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer if your tuition fee status is changed and the course is subsequently no longer available to you. Read on how institutions in England determine tuition fee status. If your fee status is amended, you may need to meet additional UKVI requirements before you are able to register. See section 1.7 for further information.
1.4
If you have a disability or other support needs, you are strongly encouraged to disclose it to us when you apply so that we can seek to support you with your needs throughout your studies.
The University withholds the right to withdraw an offer where there are core course requirements that cannot be adjusted or compensated for to meet your needs
1.5
If you have received a relevant criminal conviction, it has been declared before receipt of this offer either directly to the University or as a result of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) (previously Criminal Records Bureau) check and has been considered and determined not to prevent you from joining the University.
1.6
The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú reserves the right to withdraw an offer if you fail to make contact or respond to any request for information by the University within 28 days.
1.7
If you are classified as an Overseas fee payer, you may be required to meet additional requirements before you are able to register. For further information regarding these requirements, please see the following webpage. If these requirements apply to you, we will communicate this to you in writing. We reserve the right to withdraw your application if these requirements are not met.
1.8
The University is committed to the safety and well-being of all of its students and recognises the particular needs of those who will be under the age of 18 on entry. This offer is on the condition that you have provided the University with your correct date of birth and that you agree to abide by the conditions of admission and registration that relate to being a minor as well as being a student. Applicants who are under 18 years of age on entry will not be allowed to register unless they have provided a Parental Consent Form and, if applicable, appointed a UK guardian.

The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú reserves the right to withdraw an offer if you have previously been excluded from your studies at the University.
1.10
For students to be eligible for funding from Student Finance England, they must be studying on an eligible course at a provider registered with the Office for Students (OfS).
The OfS is the new independent regulator for higher education in England and all higher education providers need to register with the OfS for their students to be eligible for student support.
